Hey guys :) just making a quick tip on working out, and important things to remember, so enjoy.
-Before your workout, make sure you drink lots of liquid, to stay hydrated. (water is definately the best, it has the nutrients you need to keep you going strong.) Continue staying hydrated during the workout. Avoid cramps, and passing out from exhaustion. Drinking water can help avoid strain on your body, and help you reach your full potential.
-I bet that before and after your workout you are going to be hungry. Its perfectly fine to eat, but make sure your eating healthy. Remember to control portions, and eat healthy-carbs from fruits and veggies.
Try to avoid dairy
-Not super important, but it gives you flem, which for me at-least, makes a not pleasant workout.
-Another part of staying hydrated.
-If you are doing your workout ouside, make sure to wear sunscreen. It keeps your skin healthy, and lets face it, having a sunburn isn't pretty, and it can really hurt.
Don't be afraid to rest
-Push your self, but not to hard. You know when you need a break. Don't think that you are weak just because you need a little break.
-Bring everything you need. If your going to the gym put eveything you might need in your gym bag. Things like Hair elastics, Bobby pins, Protein bars, Extra water, Underwear liners, advil, and anything else you might need
Listen to music
-Only if you like to, but for me it helps me push myself. Make a playlist of upbeat songs, that you like, and will make you wanna work hard
Dont forget to warm up
-The worst thing that could happen, is you pulling a muscle, just cause you were to stubborn to warm up. In the long run, it will always be worth it
-Set personal goals, that don't have to do with anybody else's ability but your own. Make them reachable, but a challenge at the same time.
